Delayed Justice OR True Justice.?

Many people complaining about the law & order in India as they think to maintain law & order is such an easy thing..

Let me tell you what is happening in India in legal area & legal proceeding

The court's are slow, the courts are not functioning well. but that's not the truth. the major one is that people think this from their own perspective but they don't focus much on the other people's perspectives. if you are a victim or victim's family member then you need an immediate justice, you want to the courts to order a judgement in your favor in shorter amount of time.

Just once put your concentration on the other side in the judicial process that people who involved in delivering the justice to the people.

They are not your family member, they don't even know you, where are you from.? what do you do.? how come this happened.? they doesn't know anything, they get this details by the judicial process, first from the complainant, then the police then the lawyers and then it finally comes on desk.. how can they believe who is honest, who is innocent, who is the criminal in real.? That required thorough investigation and examinations of the facts, which can be revealed by the court.

Examining facts is the vital process, it takes the time longer than you think.

if court starts to think from the victim's point of view then it would be a mess that the judicial process would create.

Our constitution has provided equal rights to every citizens of India, whether you are a criminal or victim you have the same rights which the other people are holding. As a victim you have the rights to get the justice, on the other hand accused has the right to defend themselves and to get the right legal defense.

Most of the people saying that - What is Law.? Law is a common sense.. but i don't think it's just a common sense.. It's a common sense with the analysis of the facts are in the court proceeding.

Have faith in legal system and cooperate in the legal proceedings.
